Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, products cannot be returned once dispatched unless faulty or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or you suspect a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your batch number and photos. Verified issues are resolved by replacement or full refund.

Cold-chain or temperature deviation claims must include tracking timestamps where applicable.
