These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated at sptpeptide.co.uk (the "Website") and the purchase of any products from SPT Peptide ("SPT Peptide", "we", "us" or "our").

SPT Peptide is a United Kingdom based supplier of premium laboratory and research materials, together with related educational scientific content. By using the Website or placing an order, you ("you", "the customer" or "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase from us.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, cookie preferences, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Research Disclaimer.

• "Contract" means a contract for the sale of Products formed in accordance with clause 8.
• "Products" means any research chemicals, reference materials, peptides or related items offered for sale on the Website.
• "Order" means a request submitted by you through the Website to purchase Products.
• "Account" means a customer account registered on the Website.
• "Content" means all material on the Website including text, images, photography, graphics, video, downloads, PDFs, databases and scientific guides.
• "Working Day" means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or English public holiday.

By browsing the Website, registering an Account or placing an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our related policies. We may amend these Terms from time to time in accordance with clause 26; the Terms in force at the time you place an Order will govern that Contract.

Our Products are intended exclusively for qualified researchers and appropriately equipped laboratory facilities. By placing an Order you represent and warrant that:

1. you are at least 18 years of age;
2. you are purchasing in a professional, scientific or research capacity;
3. you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales;
4. the Products will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes; and
5. your purchase, possession and intended use of the Products complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including where eligibility cannot be reasonably established.

You may be required to create an Account to place certain Orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your Account. You must notify us immediately at hello@sptpeptide.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate Accounts that breach these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are used in a manner we reasonably consider unlawful or harmful.

We take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions, specifications, batch information, images and pricing on the Website are accurate at the time of publication. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from items delivered. Minor variations in packaging, labelling or batch presentation do not constitute a defect.

Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and analytical data, where provided, relate to the specific batch identified and are made available for research reference only.

Any scientific, technical or educational content published on the Website — including handbooks, mechanism summaries, glossary entries, articles and pathway illustrations — is provided for general scientific information and educational purposes only.

Such content does not constitute medical, clinical, veterinary, pharmaceutical or professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be relied upon as such. It does not contain, and is not intended to contain, instructions for use of any Product in or on humans or animals. All Orders placed through the Website are offers by you to purchase the Products subject to these Terms. A Contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point, we may decline or cancel your Order without liability, for example where:

1. a Product is unavailable or has been mispriced;
2. we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment;
3. we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; or
4. shipping or eligibility requirements cannot be satisfied.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of shipping and any applicable taxes or duties, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect Contracts already formed.

In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund any sums paid.

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and supported cryptocurrency channels at checkout. All payments are processed through third-party payment service providers operating under their own terms and security standards. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

Title to the Products passes to you on receipt of cleared payment in full and delivery; risk passes to you on delivery.

Orders received before 14:00 GMT/BST on a Working Day are typically dispatched the same Working Day, subject to stock availability and verification. Orders received outside these hours, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next Working Day. Tracking information is sent by email upon dispatch.

The following shipping options are offered at checkout:

• Free Standard Shipping (3–5 Working Days) — on orders over £100.
• Standard Shipping — 3–5 Working Days.
• Next-Day Delivery (Weekday) — order before 1pm. Friday orders placed before 1pm and weekend orders are dispatched Monday. Excludes the Channel Islands, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Belfast.
• Next-Day Delivery (Weekend) — order before 1pm Friday for Saturday delivery. Excludes the Channel Islands, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Belfast.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, force majeure events or incorrect address details supplied by you. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Due to the nature of our Products, we only accept returns where the wrong item has been sent, provided it remains unopened and in its original condition. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

To initiate a return, contact hello@sptpeptide.co.uk quoting your order reference. All other sales are final. Nothing in this clause affects your non-excludable statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where they apply.

You may request cancellation of an Order prior to dispatch by contacting hello@sptpeptide.co.uk. Once an Order has entered processing or has been handed to a courier, it can no longer be cancelled. We may cancel any Order before dispatch for the reasons set out in clause 8 and will refund any sums already paid.

All Products are offered subject to availability. Where a Product becomes unavailable after an Order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer the choice of an alternative item, a back-order or a full refund of the affected line.

Store lyophilised powder at 2–8°C. Once reconstituted for in-vitro use, refrigerate and use within 30–45 days. Do not freeze. Storage guidance is provided for laboratory handling reference only and does not constitute instructions for use in or on humans or animals.

We aim to keep the Website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Website for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons without liability.

All Content on the Website — including the SPT Peptide name and brand, the strapline "Science • Performance • Transformation", logos, trade marks, product photography, scientific content, research guides, downloads, educational material, website design, videos, graphics, PDFs, databases and written content — is owned by SPT Peptide or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal, non-commercial research reference only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, scrape, data-mine or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

By using the Website or purchasing Products, you agree to:

1. provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and ordering;
2. comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your purchase, possession and use of the Products;

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data;
2. our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with any Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid by you for the Products giving rise to the claim; and
3. we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, harm or damage arising from misuse of the Products, including any use of the Products in or on humans or animals, or any use other than in-vitro laboratory research.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SPT Peptide, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Products or Website; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.
